Company has office on International Belgrade Airport “Nikola Tesla” since 2007, where is engaged in rental business both with companies and persons. Megarent has 2 offices in Belgrade at the moment, one in Belgrade Downtown at Antifasisticke borbe 32 street where is company HQ, other one being Belgrade Airport branch. Because of the franchisee business background , company is connected with many RAC companies in country and abroad. - Rental charges are payable in advance by credit card (AMEX,Visa, Mastercard).
- Deposit is mandatory. You can pay for deposit by credit card or cash.
- Deposit depends from length of renting period and includes renting price, price of full tank and amount of participation in damage for category of rented vehicle.
- Online payment for contracted goods or services using the PayPerLink service: The customer, using the received Online Payment Link, calls the PayPerLink Online service to initiate online payment for the contracted goods or services with their payment card. On the PayPerLink website, the customer is presented with transaction payment details. After entering the email address, and security code, and accepting the terms for online payment, the customer is redirected to the Banca Intesa website to complete the online payment transaction. Upon entering the details on the PayPerLink website, the customer is redirected to the Banca Intesa website, where the predefined payment amount, entered by the merchant when creating the link for online payment, is already filled in. The customer enters the information from their payment card that they want to use for the payment of the contracted goods or services. After confirming the payment transaction, the customer will be presented with a page for additional confirmation/authentication of the transaction using the 3D-Secure service. Upon successful authorization of the payment transaction, the customer will receive an email notification with the details of the payment transaction and the status of the initiated transaction (successfully paid or rejected transaction with an error code).
- Pick-up and drop-off outside station and outside opening hours is possible for an extra charge.
- At the Pick-up and Drop-off time, you have to sign the vehicle condition form. We advise to check well.
CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) limitation of liability:This limitation of liability shall apply to damage to the rental vehicle, it's parts and accessories caused in a road/traffic accident. Purchasing this insurance is obligatory.
Police report is mandatory for each damage. Without the report, the full amount of damage will be charged to the client! Conduct after accident, damage, loss and theft. In case of such event Renter/Driver must do the following:
- Immediately inform the police and MEGA TRIO RENT and follow their instruction and
take down all the details of any other parties involved.
- Complete an accident/damage report upon return of vehicle.
- Upon the return of rental vehicle write down a brief statement explaining the
course of events.
-It is forbidden to drive a car under the influence of alcohol and drugs.In these cases, damage, theft or loss is not covered by any insurance and the full amount of damage, theft or loss, will be charged to the client.
-Only the person or persons (maximum 1 additional driver) authorized by MEGA TRIO RENT at rental start can drive the rented vehicle.
-In case when unauthorized person was driving a car, damage, theft or loss is not
covered by any insurance and the full amount of damage, theft or loss will be
charged to client.
